Tell us something about yourself:: I love to cook and have parties. The party thing is actually more of a compulsion than a love. Sort of a fetish, if you will.

Why did you choose library science?: I love almost everything about it. Reading, digging up information, constantly learning, creating programs, and my newest interest, database and library instruction.

Community Informatics Corps event

I'm in the Community Informatics Corps at UIUC GSLIS. I take classes at the Puerto Rican Cultural Center (PRCC) in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago because UIUC has a partnership with the center. UIUC students work with PRCC staff and volunteers on various projects related to LIS generally and community information systems more specifically.
